Giulia is an ultimate food lover, and so that's what her tours of Emilia Romagna are all about.
Hailing from this famous gastronomic region, Giulia grew up with a deep love for food, along with a keen interest in history, culture, and people. So, while her tours are focused on food first, they also delve into the history of Emilia Romagna, its traditions, and daily life.
Giulia's tours are also designed to show travelers a more authentic side to her region, taking you off the beaten path and into spaces where you'll meet artisans and artists in their workshops, visit organic farms and vineyards, discover curious museums, and eat at restaurants that only the locals know about.

Ciao a tutti! I’m Giulia, a traveller for passion and profession as well as a Foodie enthusiast.
I was born and raised in a town between Bologna and Modena under the star sign of tortellini. Tortellini?? Well, they represent me very well not only because we share the same origins, but also have a similar personality: genuine, authentic, we love to bring joy to people.
After achieving my degree in foreign languages at the University of Bologna, I left Italy to pursue my dream of building an International career. I lived in Australia, New Zealand and the UK working as an English teacher and Events organizer.
In 2015, after spending almost 10 years travelling and living abroad, I decided to move back to Italy and started my career as Tour Leader taking people all over Europe and to my beloved country: Italy. I then started my job as Travel Designer and after attending a one year professional course in Food and Wine of my region, Emilia Romagna, I also offer private Food tours in my area: Modena, Bologna and Parma.
I would love to help you discover the most authentic, off the beaten path realities where you can meet all the wonderful people, traditions, and of course, food in my regions! If you're interested in eating your way through Emilia Romagna, lets talk!
